These two got married at the top of the mountain! But it seemed more like they got married inside of a cloud. No complaints here, I love the white on white. And they stuck around long enough to see the skies clear, the sun set and rise again, the full moon overhead during their overnight in the suite at the Eagle's Eye atop Kicking Horse. I missed out on the views, but so glad Wayne and Megan got to see them all before heading home to Australia.

All parts of Dustin and Vicki's wedding day were pretty great, from the ceremony in the meadow at Heather Mountain Lodge to the photobooth antics (provided by SnapShot). But a real highlight, pun intended, was the heli excursion into the surrounding mountains. Alpine Helicopters took this wedding shoot to new heights.

Looking forward to seeing these two wed later this summer! So is their daughter Mackenze.

Rain and love, laughter and mud, friends and family, orchids and umbrellas. It was that kind of day when Tina and Mike got married in Invermere a couple weeks ago. Both utterly un-phased by the weather, they joked that they may as well have had a January wedding in their home city of Vancouver. But I'm glad they came out this way, to celebrate in the mountains, to share their love with folks from near and far.

Wes and Lindsey recently got a new piece of art for their wall. A custom made photo encaustic with an excerpt from their wedding vows overlaid atop a photo of their [unique and super cool] rings. Get in touch if you'd like to have some custom art for your walls too. With or without words that might make you tear up on occasion.
