A documentary portrait series of river users on the Kicking Horse during the summer of 2011. a series of portraits inspired by the work of Richard Avedon. the somewhat agreeable models were all working on the construction of the Kinnear Centre in Banff. everything here was shot during a three day period in June of 2009.

a project born out of the silent e blog. originally the idea was 10 colors in 10 days. the exhibit version includes shots taken outside of that 10 day period. shown in the Other Gallery at the Banff Centre in April 2009.
